Browsing the site or viewing its content does not constitute an offer for sale or a contractual commitment of any kind.
2. Indicative Nature of Prices and Specifications
All prices and technical specifications published on this site are strictly indicative and do not bind Digidis to any commercial obligation. The only legally binding document is the official Quotation (Devis) issued via corporate email (a.digidis@gmail.com) and signed by the Chief Executive Officer or authorized signatory.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
All high-resolution images of electronic components, technical data, catalogs, and engineering drawings published on this site are the exclusive property of Digidis. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Automated data extraction (Scraping) using programs or automated scripts.
- Direct linking to images (Hotlinking) from external websites.
- Republication or commercial distribution of any content without prior written consent.
Digidis reserves the right to take legal action under Moroccan intellectual property law and international patent conventions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Digidis shall not be liable for:
- Server interruptions (Server Downtime) resulting from scheduled maintenance or technical failures beyond our control.
- Data display errors arising from browser incompatibility.
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.
Digidis endeavors to ensure 99.5% annual site availability, with advance notice of any scheduled maintenance.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law of obligations and contracts and Law No. 05-08 on consumer protection. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application falls under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Casablanca.
